The exclusive purpose of the Fund is to provide partial scholarships for financially needy practicing Catholic students attending Bishop Verot Catholic High School in Fort Myers, Florida who are involved, along with their families, in a Respect Life program or ministry. If at some point in the future Bishop Verot Catholic High School ceases to exist, this fund will support scholarships for qualified students attending other Catholic High Schools within the Diocese of Venice in Florida.

* The Fund shall be reserved specifically for the construction of a youth recreation area /facility along with the ancillary needs associated with the project at St. John XXIII Catholic Church in Fort Myers, FL.
*The Fund shall be reserved specifically to help support the construction of the new STREAM classroom building at Bishop Verot Catholic Highschool in Fort Myers, FL
* The Fund shall be reserved specifically for St. Martin de Porres Outreach in Fort Myers, FL.
* The Fund shall be reserved specifically for the St. John XXIII Catholic Church poor box in Ft. Myers.
