Foundation for the Care of the Migrant Poor

Purpose of this Fund:

The exclusive purpose of the Fund is to provide annual grants to organizations and programs within the Diocese of Venice in Florida that help improve the health, education, and welfare of migrants in the Diocese of Venice in Florida.

Why Support an Endowment Fund?

An endowment fund provides a source of annual income to the Catholic entity of your choice. Endowments are designed to function in perpetuity, because the original gift amount (the principal) is invested and the earnings are used to provide long-term financial support to a Parish, school, program or the ministry about which you care most. Once established, anyone can make additional contributions to the fund in any dollar amount.

Many endowment funds are created through gifts from wills or trusts, however, a significant number of donors choose to fund their endowments while they are still living so they can see the impact of their gifts. The James B. Tinnin Charitable Restricted Use Fund

Purpose of this Fund:

The exclusive purpose of the Fund is to support faith-based initiatives of the Catholic religion with a focus on those Catholic entities that answer the call of Christ in Matthew 25:35-36 “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.”

M&M Franciscan Foundation for the Holy Land Endowment Fund

Purpose of this Fund:

Provides support for the Franciscan Foundation for the Holy Land University Academic Scholarship Program.  This program provides scholarships to talented but underprivileged Christian students with high initiative and a desire to remain in the Holy Land, thus giving them the necessary skills for successful employment and stability needed to thrive.
