John Tennity Technology Award

Purpose of this Fund:

Provides recognition, encouragement, and a financial award to a current seventh (7th) grade student at Epiphany Cathedral Catholic School in Venice, Florida who has demonstrated a strong interest and ability in the field of technology.

Tromble Endowment for Vocations Fund

Purpose of this Fund:

The exclusive purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for the vocational education expenses of the following within the Diocese of Venice in Florida:
a. Seminary students accepted by the Bishop of the Diocese of Venice in Florida to study for, and to be ordained for, the Diocese of Venice in Florida.
b. Women religious Postulancy students accepted by the Bishop of the Diocese of Venice in Florida to study for and profess Solemn Vows from an Order, or Community, of Diocesan Right within the Diocese of Venice in Florida.

Our Lady of Light Parish Endowment Fund

Purpose of this Fund:

The exclusive purpose of the Fund is to establish a long-term Catholic legacy, which will provide support for specific Parish initiatives including support for Catholic Schools and poor Parishes/Missions within the Diocese of Venice in Florida. In addition, distributions from the Fund can be used for capital investments (improvements and betterments made to Parish property, buildings, or equipment), major repairs or maintenance, reduction of debt, and other extraordinary* expenses at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church in Fort Myers, Florida.

56% of distribution supports the general needs of St. John XXIII Catholic Church in Fort Myers, FL, 22% of distribution supports tuition assistance for practicing Catholic students at Bishop Verot Catholic High School in Fort Myers, FL, and 22% of distribution supports tuition assistance for practicing Catholic students at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Fort Myers, FL.
